MUMBAI LOCKDOWN: Mumbai calms the restrictions, Big announcement made by the BMC.
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Monday eased restrictions in Mumbai. The Uddhav government has allowed the opening of non-essential shops from Monday to Friday between 7 am to 2 pm. Shops on either side of the roads can stay open on alternate days. The order comes a day after the statewide lockdown in Maharashtra to contain the spread of infection was extended for another 15 days.
Here are the some important details.
1️⃣Restrictions to be in force from 1st June (7am) till 15th June (7am).
2️⃣All essential shops currently allowed to operate can be open from 7am to 2pm.
3️⃣Delivery of essentials and non-essentials through E-Commerce is permitted.
4️⃣Only essentials movement, medical and other emergencies, and food delivery will be permitted after 3pm.
5️⃣All government offices to function at 25% capacity (except those directly involved in works related to the pandemic)
6️⃣Agriculture related shops can remain open till 2pm on weekdays.
